For maximum component protection, the proper amount of foam lining can make the difference between a successful or disastrous component shipment.

Star Case lines its component compartments with all types of polyester, polyethylene and antistatic foams starting at 1/4" thickness. Foam types can be combined (sandwiched) to achieve optimum shock absorption. Our design engineers will recommend the best foam lining type as well as thickness based on your travel plans and component fragility.
