24U, 25" Depth Rack
Description:

This Rack has been assembled as a more conventional 24 rack unit (42") height Rack.  Rail-to-rail depth of this unit is 25", however can easily be transformed to any one of three other rackable component depths; 13", 20" or 30", merely by substituting a different Package B, rail depth set.

This Rack is shown with optional twin-wheel swivel & locking casters as well as 2 sets of side mounted cross braces (2 sets mounted high and 2 sets mounted low).

RFCASTERS Set of 4 heavy-duty, 3" diameter, smooth rolling, full-swivel casters add maximum mobility to your Rack.  Casters mount by screw-in shaft that links soundly to steel corner connectors.   Locking system is by means of tooth-in-gear system for fail-safe rack lock-down.  Twin-wheels roll independently of one and other for effortless rolling.  If you should decide later that you'd prefer caster mobility on your Rack, this option can be easily added at that time.  Weight capacity per set of 4 casters -800 pounds.  Weight per set of 4 casters is 1.8 lbs.

RFCB This set of curl brackets, 10-32 rack screws and keps nuts is the main fastening elements that permit our highly effective component support system to tightly attach the rear of your components to either the rear or top of your steel or aluminum rack.  Depending on where you attach the curl brackets your components, drawers, etc. will have either top suspension support or rear perpendicular support.  The end result is no more bent face panels or damaged components, rack drawers, etc. due to rough transiting in shipping racks or through any kind of vehicular transport.  Don't forget, depending on the type of installation you anticipate, you'll need this curl bracket and fastener set as well as either or both pair of link strips offered.

Rail		 Our "U" Series Universal Rack Rail is adaptable to nearly any rack enclosure, rack case, rack cabinet or rack custom installation.  Each leg of the rail is 1" in length.  It has the standard 10-32, EIA spaced & tapped mounting holes on one leg and 9/32" installation holes, spaced 1 hole per EIA (1-3/4") rack unit, on the opposing leg.  Hole centers are 1/4" in from rail edge.  This facilitates easy retrofitting into other manufacturers rack mounting equipment.  If you need additional rack rails to adjust the width, depth or height of your knock down Rack, you'll need our rack rails with dual 10-32 tapped legs.  Click here for details. Rail		 Our "L" Series Universal Rack Rail is also adaptable to nearly any rack enclosure, rack case, rack cabinet or rack custom installation.  The facing leg of the rail to which your components mount is 3/4" in width.  It has the standard 10-32, EIA spaced & tapped mounting holes.  Hole centers are 1/4" in from rail edge.  On the opposing leg (1-1/4" in length), are non-threaded installation holes (see photo at right).   This facilitates easy retrofitting into other manufacturers rack mounting equipment.  If you need additional rack rails to adjust the width, depth or height of your knock down Rack, you'll need our rack rails with dual 10-32 tapped legs.  Click here for details.
