Once designed and a detailed graphic rendering has been customer approved, the design passes to our highly skilled manufacturing staff who bring your design to fruition.  And, in nearly every instance, this entire process rarely extends beyond 4 business days.*

Custom Case with mutiple hot wire cutouts for precision tools & instruments

Custom Case Lift-out Organizational Trays
This multi-compartmented custom case has individual hot-wire foam cut-outs for multiple custom precision tools and instruments used for field calibration of high technology computer manufacturing machinery.  Each individual item is cradled in this custom case in its own precisely cut foam area with permanent partitions installed to further separate the custom case interior for ease of organization and operator use.

Work Cases are Custom Cases with varied interiors including Multiple Drawers, Fold-Down Desks, Table Legs, Custom Compartments, Wardrobe Case Sections, Drawer Glides, Adjustable Shelves and Locking Casters.

 Custom Case for Field Work Station

This multi-component microscope system custom case accompanies field scientists for one the largest glass manufacturers in the U.S. Payload value for this custom case exceeds $90,000.00. Due to the large number of individual custom lenses, fittings, stages, instruments and adjustment tools, we designed this custom case as a dual-layered, hinged lid Style A case with lift-out tray.

The custom case shown here was designed and built for a major manufacturer of graphic imaging devices for the photographic industry.  Their tradeshow and training schedule demanded rapid set-up and tear down of their bulky and heavy (800 pounds +) custom rolling devices.  After contacting other custom case manufacturers, they contacted Star Case; the only custom case company with the engineering strength and know-how to tackle the project.

This system is comprised of two custom cases; an upper dual lid, dual width shock mounted custom rack (style F4D) with fully removable inner rack shell.  Star Case offers 6 different styles of rackmount case, each custom case designed to satisfy a different set of custom applications.

Custom Rackmounts in Mutiple Shockmount Rack Configurations with Front Lids and Rear Lids as well as Removable Rack Shells and Mating Lids for Added Convenience.

Shelves		 Cantilever design shelf available in 19" (17-1/2" useable) or 25" (22-3/4" useable) width. Both occupy 2 rack units of space and are 14-3/4" deep. Weight capacity is 50 pounds. Fixed shelves serve as an excellent means for mounting non-rackmountable components such as tower or desktop CPU's, audio components, video recorders, etc. The expandable shelf conforms to all standard 19" EIA rack enclosures, cases, cabinets and frames from Star Case as well as other OEM vendors. 4 each 10-32 x 5/8" steel mounting screws are included.
