Custom Drawer Cases

Multi-drawer cases serve hundreds of applications for field engineers, trade show managers, medical technicians, audio engineers, broadcast engineers and just about anyone having to work with numerous tools and instruments while in the field.  The drawer case shown here is outfitted with multiple locking steel drawers of a pre-selected size (3-1/2" high each).  Drawer height can vary from 1-3/4", 3-1/2", 5-1/4", 7" to a maximum height of 10-1/2".  We even offer locking aluminum drawers in the 4 smaller heights as well.  All drawer interior footprint sizes are 16-1/8" x 14-1/4" (wd).  Drawers are screw fastened to vertical steel rack rails with continuous 10-32 tapped holes.  These mounting rails are firmly bolted into front opening of the outer protective case.   Drawers are easily removed or changed-out for drawers of different sizes or entirely different case interior configurations.  Foam blocking is provided in the hinged or removable front case lid to keep drawers from opening while in transit.

If custom drawer dimensions are required that vary from our pre-manufactured steel & aluminum drawers, we also manufacture to your dimensional needs.  All drawers offered are equipped with heavy-duty, ball-bearing drawer glides.

Case interior can be configured with multiple combinations of drawer or shelf sizes we offer. All drawers & shelves offered have a maximum outside width of 19" (16-1/8" inside width). Maximum outside front to rear depth on all drawers is 14-3/4" (14-1/4" inside depth). Optional drawer heights offered are as follows:

(RFSHELF17SL) 1-3/4" steel shelf  serves as either a shallow non-locking drawer or glide mounted shelf.

(RFDRAW2 - steel or AFDRAW2 -aluminum) 3-1/2" locking drawer.

(RFDRAW3 - steel or AFDRAW3 -aluminum) 5-1/4" locking drawer.

(RFDRAW4 - steel or AFDRAW4 -aluminum) 7" locking drawer.

(RFDRAW6 - steel) 10-1/2" (steel only) locking drawer that simulates
a hanging file drawer with available RFD6CLIPROD option.
