Embarc Star Cases are a special application case type offered by Star Case for certain, long-run, multiple piece requirements, typically for military applications where cases will be used in extremely harsh environments. Due to the numerous military specifications and standard as well as highly specific materials and construction techniques, we prefer you contact us directly with your specific needs that might require the unique features of our Embarc Star Case line.

EMBARC STAR
"Standards"

1.	Mill finish, black powder-coated aluminum on EMBARC STAR gives excellent protection and long lasting durability as well as superior galvanic reaction protection.
2.	Exclusive inner & outer wall aluminum angle extrusion provides superior strength to case framework.
3.	Tongue & groove aluminum valance makes upper and lower section alignment precise and closure positive. Optionally equipped with neoprene gasket for vapor barrier protection.
4.	The finest grades of 3/8" ACX , American-made, multi-layer plywood are used on EMBARC STAR Cases.
5.	Heavy-duty, black powder-coated, spring-loaded, recessed valance spanning twist catches are standard issue on EMBARC STAR Cases.
6.	High-strength, non-separating, hair cell finish ABS plastic laminate s permanently bonded to case surface.
7.	High strength black powder-coated steel shoulder corner clamps provide support for excellent case section integrity.
8.	Heavy-gauge steel black powder-coated knuckled ball corners with step-down feature protect outer corners while elevating case surface a minimum of 1/4" from ground level.
9.	Heavy-gauge steel, black powder-coated, recessed spring-loaded handles with large rubber grips are placed for ease of handling.
10.	Extra wide, full-length, heavy-duty piano-type hinge is standard issue on EMBARC STAR cases.
