This particular case design incorporates a rear access trap door to enable easy loading and unloading of heavy weight case contents. |
The photo's on this page detail a typical double fold roll-in-ramp configuration. Once fully expanded this ramp extends 8 feet. Consequently this gradual ramp angle allows a minimum of two individuals the opportunity to roll / guide an extremely custom and heavy work station up the ramp and into the case. This particular configuration is supplied with trap door access for one individual to enter the case from the back and pull the custom work station into the case, as the other individual pushes, and rolls the unit up the ramp. Once completely positioned in the case, the double-fold ramp is retracted into the case and securely strapped. The front door is swung into the closed position and latched, the back trap door is secured and latched closed and your custom case is ready for loading into a common carrier transport vehicle headed toward its next destination. |
Complex custom cases like this one pictured are subjected to occasional abuse because of the extreme size and weight. Consequently, Star Case has a special department capable of repairing almost any transport abuses. We have always been able to provide an effective packaging solution, however, not without a cost. These custom case configurations are available from one to several thousands of dollars. Therefore, due to the highly custom nature of your particular requirements a 50% deposit is required to begin production. Once your custom case is complete the balance is due in full and your custom cases are loaded and ready to be delivered. |
