Payment Options:

Star Case accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and checks or money orders denominated in U.S. dollars as forms of payment. There are two ways you can purchase Star Case protective products without having to transfer your credit card information over the internet. Those methods are: |
| Checks and money orders:
|
You can select to pay by check or money order, however, this will cause a time delay. Your order will not be processed until your check arrives by whatever means you send it and funds have cleared. If you are paying by a check drawn on a U.S. bank, this will cause anywhere from a seven to ten day delay in shipment of your order. |
Calling or faxing orders to Star Case:

If you prefer, simply make your selection from our product order form sheets, select the "finalize order" button, print the competed order form and fax it to our customer service processing department (219)922-4442. Or, simply call us and our customer service personnel will be glad to assist you. |

Turnaround, shipping, etc.

Your order will typically ship from our headquarters in Munster, IN (30 miles south of Chicago, IL) within 24 hours of order placement. Orders are shipped by way of UPS. The cost of shipping will automatically be figured into your order and the final amount due or chargeable to your credit card. For custom case products, orders are processed, designed, and shipped within 2 weeks of design approval. We even offer Priority Next-Day, 2nd Day or 3rd Day Turnaround Service. |
